Interone Worldwide extends business activities at A. Lange & Söhne

Agency wins German luxury brand as the first client in Germany to implement the CRM solution GoldMine Enterprise Edition.

Munich, June 12th, 2007 - The watchmaker Lange Uhren GmbH calls on Interone Worldwide to extend its business. In addition to the company website and online marketing, the BBDO multi-channel expert will in future also carry out the customer and retailer relationship management for the traditional company from Glashütte.

The tool to be implemented is the GoldMine Enterprise Edition, the latest and most comprehensive member of the successful GoldMine family by FrontRange, a leading provider of sales, marketing and service support software. Lange Uhren is the first company in Germany to implement the latest version of the CRM tool. As official implementation partner, Interone will support Lange Uhren during the system instalment.

With the aid of GoldMine, the agency will support the implementation of companies' sales and marketing activities and provide comprehensive solutions for lead management and follow-up processes. The GoldMine Enterprise Edition came onto the market this year and is primarily targeted at upmarket medium-sized businesses. In addition to a new architecture, the program includes an integrated platform that combines CRM features with service functions and IP-based communication.

Lange Uhren GmbH, located at Glashütte near Dresden, develops and manufactures sophisticated, mechanical wristwatches of the highest quality for the luxury watch segment and sells them worldwide at select sales points under the brand "A. Lange & Söhne". Following German reunification, the former East German manufacturer experienced a triumphant comeback. Walter Lange, whose great-grandfather brought the watch-making industry to life in the middle of the 19th century in the Erz Mountains, restarted the company in 1990.

Since its new start, the company has already developed 25 different clockwork mechanisms - an extraordinary achievement that has gained recognition well beyond its sector. The "A. Lange & Söhne" brand was recently listed top German luxury brand by the magazine "WirtschaftsWoche".
